Newsfeed this Week: Best Bits #Ireland #CAF #Hearsay

In a very revealing interview this week our Newsfeed reporter Kate talks to independent policy advisor about his study on the good country index and why Ireland came out on top as the ‘Goodest’ country. He tells us about his study and why countries should thrive to have this title.



Colm spoke to Ann who gives us an in depth update on the Central African Republic crisis. She told us what the situation is like in the country at the moment; how it’s still deteriorating and how other countries are responding to the crisis.

In Arts this week Alan speaks to Mairead O'Conner first ever Hearsay Festival happening from the 21st to the 23rd of November this year. She tells us how the idea of the international audio arts festival came about, what people can expect from it and about the Hearsay prize.
